Description

Neil Stone, the founder of Northwest Aviation Services, explains the history of his development of the Creative Electronics’ Beacon Tester, as well as describes how beacons (emergency locator transmitters or ELTs) work. In addition, he goes through the process of testing a beacon with the Creative Electronics’ ELT-1091 device.
